Perfect Green Car

"Nissan Motor Co has received complaints from owners that its Leaf electric car on occasion fails to start, posing a potential setback for the automaker's goal of promoting zero-emission vehicles" Doesn't start, doesn't go anywhere and uses no energy doing it! Why wouldn't every Greenie want one? Does it come with a bicycle rack as standard equipment?
