Smugglers Catapult Pot Over Border Fence

The border patrol was able to get a picture of the people waiting to receive the load on the US side. A reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the smugglers.

    I believe the ones sending it over is the Mexican Cartel who say "NEE".
